Ana Gloria Salvia lives and works in Paris and is a French-Cuban artist and performer. Born in Holguin (Cuba), she studied theatre direction at the National School of Arts in Havana and founded an experimental company which she directed until 1995. She then moved to Vienna, where her creative work focused primarily on writing poetry, and where she began to explore photography. In 2000 she moved to Paris where she studied at the Sorbonne, earning her II-level Master in Human Sciences. In 2009 she exhibited her photography in Naples, returning to her artistic work which would continue with international exhibitions and participation in art fairs.
